ABOUT ME:

I am a 30 year old woman who has lived with ADHD my whole life. Was diagnoised when I was 5 & been on Ritalin since I can remember, with about an 8 year span where I was off and am now back on. I struggle everyday ,but learning that there is so much more to ADHD than I thought, is helping me to better understand myself.
