I am wondering if using an infrared sauna would help with migraine prevention. (Yes I drink water while inside it and after.) I also have a very tight stiff neck and shoulders and just the very beginnings of osteoarthritis. They are used partly for detoxification and the heat is relaxing but can also cause vasodilation.
Does anyone else hate July? I believe my migraines are worse here in Ont. during July . I stay indoors more often to avoid the humidity, heat storms etc. Is there anywhere I can travel to for July to avoid this torture?
Does anyone know of the top few medical conditions that have migraine as one of the symptoms. I would like to get to the bottom of the cause of my migraines.
