(Yes I drink water while inside it and after.) I also have a very tight stiff neck and shoulders and just the very beginnings of osteoarthritis. I would like to get to the bottom of the cause of my migraines. I know hypothyroidism includes migraine but I don't have all of the typical symptoms of that. My migraines are becoming more frequent at age 56 and past menopause suffering about 2 or more a week.
