ABOUT ME:

I'm xtremely interested in holistic healing methods. I DO NOT like being on the RX's that I'm currently on. I'm working with my neurologist to ween off asap. I'm doing as much research as possible into what's available for"migrainers" I'm starting a Magnesium supl. to get the recc. 400mg. I almost ordered "migrelief" until disscusions w/ neurologist about how Feverfew has been very dissapointing in clinical studies. I also found info on "cranial sacral" therapy. Local hospital offers it much cheaper than the local "spas". Plus, I feel safer dealing with a hospital backed therapist rather than from a fru fru place that might not have the highest standards for something as sensitive
