ABOUT ME:

I have been a Respiratory Therapist for well over 2 decades. Years of caring for those suffering and dying in intensive care followed by years of teaching heart and lung rehabilitation gave me a passion to teach wellness. Nutritional advice makes all the difference for prevention, and oxygenated activity can make all the difference for quality of life when disease has set in. I want to help you where you are, in a way that you can live with!
