I have been dealing with RA since 2002. It has changed my life and not all in bad ways. I have learned my limits and have discover that exercise helps alot. Even when I don't feel like doing it I do it. I can still do my hobbies and take care of my many animals. But I also have a husband who understands and helps when it's needed.PHOTOS:
