      <title>Exercise, I never thought I would ever do it</title>
      <description>The last visit to the doctor's wasn't my best.&amp;nbsp; He used the old saying of &quot;use it or lose it&quot; because I had very little range of motion in my shoulder.&amp;nbsp; I guess you could say that was my &quot;hello&quot; call.&amp;nbsp; Wake up you dummy.&amp;nbsp; 
&amp;nbsp;
Now, I hate exercise and anything to do with it.&amp;nbsp; I even hate to walk the dogs.&amp;nbsp; But something had to be done.&amp;nbsp; A co-worker of mine had been exercising on and off during her lunch...</description>
