ABOUT ME:

Hey everyone, well I am probably one of the youngest gentlemen around to be diagnose with this wonderful disease. So far the treatment has been working but still cant come off of good ol' pred (as I call it) anyways I am still new to this so any advice would be much appreciated. As for me I am 28 and am currently in the NAVY but dont know for how much longer. I was flying but have been grounded due to my condition. I had symptoms for about a year before the navy doctors sent me to a rheumatologist. Took him 15 minutes to diagnose me. Go figure. Anyways any advice or if anyone has any questions I am always available. Hope every thing is going well for everyone else. I just take it one day at a time. Take care everyone.
