I have found some dark semen after ejaculation and sometimes it is like a very small brown spot in my underwear after a night of being very aroused or excites though I am a healthy 60 years old.
My doctor had done several tests and nothing could be found (PSA, prostate rectal exam, etc, etc) but in the last 2 o 3 years I can see it from time to time. This make me very nerveous obviously, but I want to share it with people who has the same problem. Thanks
