      <title>High PSA Count</title>
      <description>I am 81 and in excellent health, with as much vim, vigor, agility and stamina as 30-40 years ago (honestly) I do &amp;quot;resistance training&amp;quot; with weights regularly and have for many years. &amp;nbsp;My PSA count has been steadily rising over the past several years and has reached 14 (!) which seems a cause for alarm. I have been advised to&amp;nbsp;have a biopsy but am unwilling to do so for a good many reasons. I have none of the common symptoms...</description>
