HI- I had 3 turps in 4 months in 2006 by same urologist. I was left with PERMANENT nerve Damage and sensation loss..Have tried everything and finally ended up in San Diego with IRWIN GOLDSTEIN......he confirmed my damage and offered "therapy" options that have helped some....I was told that orgasmic sensation would feel the same if retrograde ejaculation happened....IT DOES NOT !!! I only had urinary trouble before surgery--- the TURPS didn't fix that, caused sensation loss and Peyronie's Disease as well....TURP should be a LAST resort only if my advice to men who are being proposed one....
