Approx 9 months ago diagnosed w enlarged prostate. Discovered during annuasl exam (age 50) Was experiencing minor rectal pressure/discomfort. But since then urinary issues have developedUroDoc gave me Flomax & Dextrol La but since changed Dextrol to Vesticare. I have a very strange symptom that even my Urologist cant explain. When I have a bowel movement I secrete prostate fluid from my penis. My Doc advised never had another patient w that symptom. Anyone out there ever experienced that? No sensation when it occurs. DE54
