Prostate Related Symptoms

I have a very strange symptom that even my Urologist cant explain. When I have a bowel movement I secrete prostate fluid from my penis. My Doc advised never had another patient w that symptom. Anyone out there ever experienced that?

No sensation when it occurs.

I have had it happen more than once--there was a sort of feeling as if I were having a Digital Rectal exam by the urologist---Definitely secretion came out..My urologist HAD heard of it and said it was not hat unusual....If he did a DRE he culd cause some secretion to come out as well except since I had TURP surgery, now it goes into my bladder..Still on occasion, some fluid comes out if the prostate is stimulated, as in a bowel movement.....

H i yes sometimes when I have a bowel movement prostate fluid will leak out this has been happening for years.So at least for me is a regular occurence.
