Discovered during annuasl exam (age 50) Was experiencing minor rectal pressure/discomfort. But since then urinary issues have developedUroDoc gave me Flomax & Dextrol La but since changed Dextrol to Vesticare. Urinary flow greatly improved but now experiencing pain/sensitivity in penis (tip) and frequency urge to void. When I have a bowel movement I secrete prostate fluid from my penis. My Doc advised never had another patient w that symptom.
