      <title>Urinary discomfort</title>
      <description>Approx 9 months ago diagnosed w enlarged prostate. Discovered during annuasl exam (age 50) Was experiencing minor rectal pressure/discomfort. But since then urinary issues have developedUroDoc gave me Flomax &amp; Dextrol La but since changed Dextrol to Vesticare. Urinary flow greatly improved but now experiencing pain/sensitivity in penis (tip) and frequency urge to void. That gives temporary relief of urinary discomfort but penis still feels...</description>

      <title>Prostate Related Symptoms</title>
      <description>I have a very strange symptom that even my Urologist cant explain. When I have a bowel movement I secrete prostate fluid from my penis. My Doc advised never had another patient w that symptom. Anyone out there ever experienced that?
