Ever noticed if your penis feels cold when its at its most irritable? I empathize with you, really painful this especially when your bladder is semi full or full Obviously its your decision but have you stopped to think, has a urologist recommended this cystoscopy because he thinks it necessary or is it just to ease your worry that there might,just might be something there?Don't do it for the latter reason.. . Ciproflox is an antibiotic ibrufen an anti -inflammatory so he has treat you for an infection and imflammation nothing detected he will look into your bladder at your prostate and urethra using a cystoscope nothing there and thats it like me you will have to live with it. I am not a biker but Iwalk/run miles each day .. any connection..? Let me know what you think!

I have the same issues. Intermittent pain, and sometimes the tip is red. I have had all types of tests, all negative, yet the pain persitis. Any word?

the county health docs tell me it is all in my mind and that it is just nerves. ir genius check out pudendal nerve entrapment this could be it.

I have had the same issues, but only after being on a low carb diet for about 1 week.  If I stick to the diet the tip of my penis ends up blistered and raw.  It must have somehhing to do with the burning of fat which passes through your kidneys and comes out when you urinate.

I am recovering from a robotic radical prostatectomy and had a Foley catheter in my bladder for 8 days upon removal I am experiencing some leakage but it is improving with time.  Meanwhile I developed a redness at the tip of my ureatha...I applied neosporin and Hydrocortisone ointment and that has helped considerably.. The incontenance may just be a nervous resonse you are having..

HEY FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS  I HAVE BEEN SUFFERING WITH PAIN AND BURNING SENSATION ON THE HEAD OF MY PENIS, THE DOCTORS ALWAYS    TELL ME THAT I DON'T HAVE ANY THING, ALL OF THIS STARTED AFTER A KIDNEY INFECTION WITH A BACTERIA CALLED ESCHERICHIA COLI, AFTER THE TREATMENT WITH THE CIPRO I WAS FINE BUT AFTER A WHILE, THE TIP OF MY PENIS GOT RED AND AFTER THE YEARS ITS NOT JUST THE TIP OF MY PENIS, THE PAIN AND THE BURNING MOST OF THE TIME IS ON THE HEAD OF THE PENIS, I FOUND OUT THAT THE PROBLEM IS, THAT THE BACTERIA SOME HOW CAME UP THE URETRA AND LODGED UNDER THE SKIN OF THE PENIS AND IT IS VIRTUALLY UNDETECTABLE, IT WILL NOT SHOW UP IN ANY TEST, INCLUDING BIOXIS, A LADY I MET HAD THE SAMESYNTOMS FOR ABOUT 12 YEARS AND THE DOCTORS ALWAYS SAID THAT SHE DID NOT HAVE ANY THING , AFTER MEETING BY COINCIDENCE WITH  A DOCTOR FROM THE CARIBEAN, THE DOCTOR ADVISED HER TO TAKE THE ANTIBIOTIC CALLED FLOXIN, SHE DID AND SHE WAS CURED,I TOOK LEVAQUIN FOR AN EAR INFECTION AND I NOTICED THAT THE PROBLEM ON MY PENIS WAS VIRTUALLY GONE, TWO WEEKS LATER, IT CAME BACK, I FOUND OUT THAT THE LEVAQUIN AND THE FLOXIN ARE IN SAME FAMILY OF ANTIBIOTICS CALLED FLOROQUINOLES, SO I SENT THE INFO.
