      <title>Urethra irritation - tip of penis (opening) is red</title>
      <description>I am a bicycle rider and recently began having issues.&amp;nbsp; The very opening of my penis is red and irritated. I also have some incontinence all of a sudden.&amp;nbsp; My urologist did cipro&amp;nbsp; - then ibuprofen 800mg - neither of which changed symptoms.&amp;nbsp; There has definitely been a change.&amp;nbsp; The next step is a scope.&amp;nbsp; Should I do this?&amp;nbsp; What could cause these symptoms?</description>

      <description>I am a 43 year old male. I had unprotected sex in April. STD tests negative, but did regimen of doxy as a precaution. The tip of my penis is red and irritated (at the opening with ever so slight intermitant pain) and I have some incontinence. It is not painful to urinate.
