I had unprotected sex in April. STD tests negative, but did regimen of doxy as a precaution. The tip of my penis is red and irritated (at the opening with ever so slight intermitant pain) and I have some incontinence. It is not painful to urinate. I saw a urologist who put me on cipro regimen for a few weeks. This did nothing. He then indicated possible inflammation, and did an ibuprofen course. The symptoms remain.
