Does anyone have a solution to this "spirit is willing but the flesh is weak"?

Following prostate radiation (40 sessions) I've as strong a libido as ever, alas no erections.

I finished radiation treatment (25 sessions) for prostate cancer 15 months ago. I also had the radio active seeds implanted. Now my spirit is strong but also, alas, have no erections. I've tried Viagra, Cialis and Lavetra without success. Maybe an implant is required but I think I'll wait for another 9 months to see if I improve. My father had an implant after prostate "roto-rooter" treatment at age 69 and did just fine.
