Androgel great ! / PSA goes to 4.1/ Cancer found

  I am 54 years old and had low testosterone levels , viagra and others would give me headaches and backaches the next day, my urologist put me on Androgel with excellent results PSA 3.4 . The following yearly check-up found my PSA at 4.1. After being Biopsied 2 out of 10 were found to have 20% class 3 +3 cells. Now Im being told I need my prostate removed. Is this being to aggressive? I have stopped useing the gel and would like to do watchful waiting ( cancer not outside the prostate). I am taking a extract for the prostate ( I know this wont cure it but hopefully keep it dormaint) I have no other urinary problems . I feel the gel did not create the cancer but may have fed it after reading other articles. Any comments, views, or clinics on this will be appreciated.
