Androgel and Elevated PSA

About 6 months ago I started on Androgel for low testosterone. My baseline PSA was 1.3.

Now, 6 months later it has number to 2.5.

Does this mean I have the beginning symptoms of prostrate cancer because the hormone made what could have been dormant now florid?

I am concerned about the velocity here.

Any guidance on what to do next?
