I've never had a PSA above 4.1 and never had an enlarged prostrate. Two weeks ago, a biopsy showed that I've had cancer for several years. Fortunately, it appears mine has not spread beyond the prostrate. Don't talk yourself out of a biopsy! It very well could save your life!
