I am 40 years old. I have had an enlarged prostate for
roughly 2 years. My PSA level and most recent check-up were normal.
I eat a plant based diet and don't drink or smoke. I'm taking Flomax daily & have noticed a slight improvement in starting my urine stream.
How long should I just "deal with" my enlarged prostate? How long is too long to wait and watch? Are there alternative therapies that work?
Please advise

concernedmale:
There are many other treatments out there for enlarged prostate. I would recommend that you peruse http://www.healthcentral.com/prostate/enlarged-prostate-treatment.html, which lists a plethora of different treatment options. If you haven't already done so, I would also recommend that you consult your physician for medical advise on the next step. Do not simply "wait;" be proactive by following the possible treatment options described in the website above or following your physician's prescribed advice.
Hope this helps,
BrendanS
