What good it a web site that purports to provide unbiased information on prostate cancer and the treatment thereof, when it avoids mentioning radical robotic lapraroscopic prostatectomy (da Vinci procedure)  as a surgical option of treatment?????

Hi US Marine,

Thanks for your comment--actually, we do have quite a lot of information on robotic laproscopic prostatectomy. In his two most recent articles, Dr. Marc Greenstein talks about the procedure and who is a good candidate for it:

Robotic Surgery for Prostate Cancer

Who Should Have Robotic Surgery for Prostate Cancer?

In addition, on our Erectile Dysfunction site, Dr. Justin Harmon recently wrote an interesting piece about how robot-assisted surgery can help a doctor preserve a patient's erectile function while undergoing a prostatectomy:

Thanks again for your comment, and don't hesitate to ask if you can't find information on a particular resource!
