Hello Naseer,
Here are some links to information that you might find useful. While this does not take the place of a doctor's advice, it will help you gather the questions you will want to ask him about your particular condition and will help you manage your care.
First of all there is a great prostate health assessment located here. You can answer the questions here and possibly notice some symptoms you might not have thought about before.
Once you get your list of symptoms, you can check them here in the symptoms database.
If your doctor has prescribed medication for you and you would like to know more about the specific medicines and their effects and side effects you can check them out in the medicines database located here.
Finally, you mentioned two surgeries. While I am not familiar with those particular surgeries, you can read about them and other alternative treatments here in the treatments database. The TURP/TUNA /TUVP procedures are listed in detail here.
Naseer, I hope you find something useful in this information. As I said, this does not take the place of your doctor. Only and your doctor know what is best for you and can prescribe treatment for your particular condition.
Whether you are having a challenging day and need to vent, or want to share something that is working for you, or just want to ask a question or make a comment. There are alot of folks out there living with the same issues you are working through and you might find that it helps to share.
Take care and please do stay in touch and let us know how you are doing!
