History: 1 year before due to sever pain bellow the scapula region, doctor in Pakistan advised X-ray chest, bone scan of whole body, MRI which shows destruction of vertebral column & tumor?
PSA done (Result-540) & diagnose as a prostate cancer.
On the bases of raised PSA, orchidectomy done 1 year back & tab: Flutamide 1*TDS started, PSA level remain normal on tab Flutamide up to 1 year & relieve from pain also.
After 1 year PSA level increased from 10 then 140 and then 240 on 3 monthly test respectively. At PSA level of 140 doctor stopped the tab: Flutamid & started tab: Prenisolon (Steroid) but after taken tab: prednisolon for 3 months, PSA level strike increases more aggressively. Last PSA level is 240 which is done on 29th May 2007. Kindly give your expert opinion.
