I had a radical prostatectomy 10 years ago. A recent MRI shows a " seroma" near the left femoral artery. The radiologist attributes this seroma to a post surgical event. If that was the case, would not this seroma be disolved after 10 years??

I didn't see anything about seroma's on this site, but according to what I have read a seroma isn't anything really to be worried about, and it should be absorbed by your body. Now I know, 10 years is a long time, however it is possible that the seroma calcified which would be a reason it's still there.
Does it bother you? Is it in a place that you find worrisome? If not, then ask your doctor about it, but it sounds like something that you should not be worried about.
Let us know when you see your doctor what he says.

You are right. Nothing to worry about; the doctor says that it can be aspirated eventually.
