Dad has urinating issues--new product the answer?

Hello everyone!

Thanks for reading my post, I'm really hoping someone can help me with my question.

My Dad recently underwent treatment for his BPH and has since been having issues urinating.  At his latest urologist appointment, his doctor suggested a new product called the Spanner which he swears by and thinks will really improve my Dad's condition and bring him back to his normal life.

Has anyone heard of the Spanner before?  And if so, what do you think of it?

I've been doing some research on it and it seems very different from the older versions of prostate stents and seems like it could be our ticket, but wanted to see if anyone out there had any experience with it first.
