I have a question, my husband has had blood in his semen off and on for about 6 months.  He has taken antibiotics, and Avidart, it finally cleared up after 3 - 4 months of treatment, but now it is back and it seems worse.  It is more blood than before, it is like when you cut yourself and you bleed. That is what it looks like when he ejaculates.  No pain, he has had a CAT Scan done and that was fine, his urine has no bacteria in it, but he still has a discomfort in his groin area from time to time but that has been there for years. He is 31 years old. His regular doctor says it is prosatitis after physical exam (his prostate was inflammed), he has gone to the Urologist, but all he did was give him medicine and never examined him.  Any suggestions?
