Erectile Dysfunction

By flex Tuesday, April 17, 2007
Here are a few things, that have negatively affected my ED..
caffeine, anti histamines, alcohol of course. Some things that have helped, DIM to keep E2 levels in range, pomagranet juice.
I suffered a severe urinary tract infection, which left me with ED.
On a continous basis, I use viagra, vacuum pumping, and an injectable mixture made up by my compound pharmacist called Tri-Mix. I give myself a shot twice a week of three hundred iu of HCG, to boost my testosterone level, and take DIM to keep my estrogen level in or around thirty. I am sixty five years old, but feel my best when estrogen levels is at thirty, and testosterone levels are six to eight hundred. I follow the guidance published by Dr. Eugene Shipmen published book. Not many uro's or docktors are comfortable giving hormonal advice. My uro stated, he had a two hour lecture on hormones in med school, so do not expect
much help from your local Dr.
