I had my prostate removed by surgery after detection of Prostate cancer in September 2001

I am not under any medication now. Two years after surgery my PSA started to rise now my PSA is 4.6 .I am 62 years old. I have no physical problem right now.Is there any good answer why my PSA is rising and what will be the best option of treatment for me noe so that my cancer growth( if there any ) will be controlled ?
