my first major decision....to have prostatic surgery

since college, i have been experiencing recurrent urinary tract infection.i void often .usually every two hours...i do not go to a doctor because i dont have money and also im afraid and its just tolerable.until one time,in 1994, i was in pain .only small urine come out and its really painful i did not sleep until morning...i was admitted in a clinic.its my first time...the doctor just gave me antibiotic septrin...i was discharge after one week and feeling ok after two weeks.

indeed i do not urinate normally.i go to the toilet very often.but this does not cause me pain ...only,its interrupt my work.and also i will not travel long distance.

and last september 2006,i was dignosed to have prostate enlargement...i was given tamsulusin for two weeks ....i did not relieved. then i was given xatral for two weeks ...again , i was not relieved...i was advised to have surgery.....i feel down ...where will i get the money? i borrow from my friends .and relatives

i undergone cysto -turp last january 10.,2007.it was a painful experience. phsically emotionally and mentally..

my docotor assures me thats its just simple operation..and i can be back to work in two weeks...but after two weeks .its still painful. i was given antibiotic and pain reliever ..then after two weeks i went to my doctor again ....and he said its still has inflamation....i wanted to work in order to pay my debt but i cant,finally after two monts from operation im back to work but i still experience pain...im counting the days.....and now im in 7 months i can still feel some pain...and i still urinate often...am i not releived from the operation ? or do i have other problem besides prostate enlargement.?

       i did not go back to my urologist yet because  im running out of money.yuo see i have to pay 200 peos every time i visit him and im just given pain reliever,sometimes antibiotic....

pls advise me .anyone?
