My husband, age 59, has been diagnosed with prostate cancer and his doctor reviewed all available treatments with us and recommended surgery due to his young age. My husband agreed to have surgery in early December. Does anyone know of support groups available for couples or for the wives of these men? Meeting and discussing concerns with others who have or are going through this with men in their lives would be helpful. Thank you,

US TOO and the American Cancer Society have support groups for men and wives. There is also a website that is just for wives http://www.hisprostatecancer.com and it has a support page that lists other support groups.
