How long is too long?

I am 40 years old. I have had an enlarged prostate for roughly 2 years. My PSA level and most recent check-up were normal. I eat a plant based diet and don't drink or smoke. Urinary discomfort

I recently completed a PET/CT Merge Scan and the results indicate
