Frequent Urination for 85 year old Dad

My Dad is 85 years old. He recently had a hip revision, due to a dislocation. He is now recovering with a hip brace and is wearing diapers 24/7. He needs them most at night when he is up between 7-10x per night. How can someone heal after surgery without getting the rest they need. Prostatis again?

5 years ago i had orange semen frequent urination pain on ejaculation then and aching in testicle This was diagnosed as prostatis and after 3 large 6 week doses of antibiotics over 2 years it went away. Now i have predominantly yellow semen but other symptoms are absent. Is this usual as one ages - i am 57?
