Total incontinence following robotic surgery
At 62 I had da Vinci robotic surgery (transurethral resection) to remove my prostate after a minuscule amount of cancer was detected through two needle biopsies (a higher-than-usual PSA precipitated the biopsies). I've learned in Oct.2007 that I have cancer in prostate and bladder...
My urologist never advised me about the side-effects from the biopsy. Most of my current problems were from the biopsy. incontinence. But after 7 months it seems to be improving . I just have to limit liquids,before driving. And plan ahead. Im 56,diabetic,I also am not being treated for cancer...Im puzzled to why not!?? Im only hearing that... Read more
