My PSA slowley rises over the years. A nurse asked me about milking the prostate? Did I have to have it done? (no) What is it like and what is done, does it hurt?

Elevated PSA in a 45 year-old and better ways of detecting cancer early.

I am 46 and 8 months ago I had my first PSA of 5.6. Biopsies were negative (8 samples), ultasound estimate of 35 grams. I am worried that if this is cancer this young (caucasian, negative family history) it may be very aggressive and metastasize early. Rising PSA after prostate cancer treated by radiation (external beam)

What should I do as my PSA rises?? My doctor says just wait. I am 75 yrs old. Is that the proper thing to do? what other tests, treatment do I need?Any advice or reccomendations will be appreciated. Aloha, Manuel Silva
