It has been one year since my surgery.......

I was diagnosed last August with Prostrate Cancer, it went from  5.32 when I had my Robotic Surgery in Dec, it was a 7. when it was removed. prostate pain

My husband is 51 and had a prostate exam a few years ago. All was fine. Now he is having like a shock sensation there and it has turned to pain today. We are very concerned and do not know what to do. Doctors in our area are not very good any suggestions? Thank You
