How long is too long?

I am 40 years old. I have had an enlarged prostate for roughly 2 years. My PSA level and most recent check-up were normal. I eat a plant based diet and don't drink or smoke. Biopsy harmful?

I am 51 years old and in excellent health. My father had prostate cancer in his mid 60s. My PSA is very low, 0.5, but in a DRE my doctor detected that one side of my prostate was larger than the other. I have no symptoms whatsoever and enjoy an active and fulfilling sexual relationship. Undue Anxiety?

I'm a 49 year old white male. I have no symptoms of enlarged prostate nor do I have any symptoms for prostate cancer. My DRE (by my Family doctor) was normal. My PSA was 5.8. My doctor said I should be evaluated by a urologist. Why? Any cause to worry?
