PSA levels

 My brotherinlaw just had his PSA and he said  his PSA level is 50.  Could this be true, i have never heard of anyone with this leve.  He is 71.

If you have had prostate surgery and need salvage radiation but elect to take injections instead, how long will the lupron injections work?
