Androgel and elevated PSA with velocity

About 6 months ago I started on Androgel for low testosterone. My baseline PSA was 1.3.  Now, 6 months later it has number to 2.5. Does this mean I have the beginning symptoms of prostrate cancer because the hormone made what could have been dormant now florid? I am concerned about the velocity here. Any guidance on what to do... Read moreChevron

Before & after?

Greetings: Recently diagnosed PSA @ 7.5 and 6.5 after retest. Scheduled for biopsy October 5, 2007.Before Q.: I ride a Motorcycle and have for 30 years, I understand that this type of activity could produce the above PSA? Does the PSA always indicate cancer? After Q: Ejaculation, same feel no seman?

I AM STILL HERE

At the age of 51 I was diognosed with Prostate cancer, (albeit I turned 52 a month later).
