PERIPHERAL NEUROPATHY PAIN

I'VE HAD PERIPHERAL NEUROPATHY FOR ABOUT 7 YEARS. HAVE HAD SEVERE PAINS IN BOTH FEET WHICH MAKES WALKING A MAJOR PROBLEM. HAVE BEEN TAKING 50MG OF ANAFRANIL AT NIGHT WHICH DOES HELP BUT WHEN ON THESE CANNOT HAVE AN ORGASM. UNABLE TO HAVE AN ORGASM

Dear Dr Greenstein,I have BPH and am on Flomax and, more recently, Avodart.While on Flomax alone I had no problem having an orgasm.However, while on Flomax and Avodart I am unable to have one. Curious about Rheumatoid athritis, i think i have it?
