Will there be an injectable urethral med to reduce enlargement of prostate

Have been taking FLOMAX but do not like the side effects of medication.Seems there should be a procedure that could be applied in the urethra to be absorbed into the prostate without having all the all-over bodily side effects.Wondering if there are other men with this sluggish, dizzy, etc side affects of FLOMAX. SEXUAL SENSATION LOSS AFTER TURP ?

My doctor plans to use the Greenlight laser pocedure to trim my enlarged prostate. Anybody gone through this?

Testosterone

Question--I had my prostate removed because of cancer. I was taking testosterone to bring my level up at the time of my prostate cancer, now I don't have my prostate any more can I keep taking my testosterone injections or can you give me information where I can get some answers? I'm 47 yrs.
