age/prostate treatment....

am now 84 and have had radiation/seeds some years ago...in 70's. PSA being treated with hormone shots every 6 months or so. Does it mean that I have cancer somewhere else?  Bone scan is ok. Health is good for my age. Maybe the hormone shot not necessary at this age?

CAN RETROGRADE EJACULATION AS A RESULT OF BLUE LIGHT PROSTATE SURGERY BE REVERSED?

I had BPH and received "Blue Light" surgery for this. Thereafter, I had/have retrograde ejaculation. Can this be reversed so that I have normal ejaculation?
