What could cause a reduction in my amount of ejaculate?

I am 60 yrs old and have been experiencing a reduction in the amount of ejaculate I produce while climaxing, any idea what may be causing this or maybe a suggestion as to how it can be treated?

Follow-up biopsies after original diagnosis of early stage adenocarcinoma
