My cousin is 48 yrs.old, psa is 25.7, stomach pain, has lost 70 lbs. Had 1 biopsy, no cancer.

PSA has been higher, Dr. is not sure thought he may have an infection or inflammation.  He doesn't feel or look well. We are worried he may have pancreatic cancer, does that affect the PSA?
