Q: how long does it take for a hematoma on a vas deferens to go away?

I had a vasectomy 10 days ago and I developed a hematoma on a vas deferens cord.  Approximatley how long will it take to heal / go away?

A hematoma of the vas deferens will usually resolve 2-3 weeks after it develops. Keep icing the scrotum until it resolves.
