my elderly dad uses a plastic urinal all the time, but doesn't empty it till it's full. he sits in his room with the open bottle and the urine smell doesn't seem to bother him. i think it must give off some vapors that are harmful to his health and would like to convince him of the reasons he needs to stop doing this.
