Q: Blood in my semen. Please help :(

This afternoon when i maturbated, I saw a little blood in my semen. I'm really scared. I had no trauma in that area and as far as I know I have no STD's. I did have unprotected sex with my boyfriend for the first time 2 days ago, but it wasn't rough at all. He has no STD's as well, and we are in a monogomous relationship. I read up on blood in the semen, but most of the stuff I read it went away within a few days, which is all fine and well, but none of them ever mentioned having pain in their left testicle. I don't mean, an ouch pain, i mean, if I touch it, it's an "Oh my God, that hurts!!!" pain. Do you have any advice for me? I'm even to scared to mention this, but we have cancer on both sides of my family. My grandfather just died of cancer on my mom's side, and my uncle on my dad's side has prostate cancer. I'm really scared!!!!

Scared Guy...

I know what it is like to see blood coming out of your dick when you expect normal cum.  The solution may be to see your doc and get a prescription for an antibiotic.

When i saw that blood, I freaked out.  Like you, I immediately checked the internet.

I felt somewhat better when I learned it was kind of common (I guess I can understand that, since its not a topic for general discusions).  I imagined all sorts of horrible stuff.

Doc prescribed a 20 day supply, 2 a day antibiotic/anti-inflamatory medicine (Ciprofloxacin).  After 16 days, there was no more blood.

Returned to Uro for a cystoscope exam. It hurt.  It was not a long exam. Doc said. "negative" meaning everything was normal. The blood was from a prostate infection, as he had surmised.

Three days later i can pee painlessly.
