Q: Lupron treatment versus removal of testicles

I had a radical prostatectomy 10 years ago followed by radiation treatments.  My PSA is now 11 and my urologist is suggesting the use of lupron.  I am impotent and I am wondering if removing my testicles would be a better option than lupron.  How do the side effects between the two treatments compare and are the life expectancies about the same.
