I have blood in my sperm, my left testical is swollen and hurts to touch
I had the swollen testicle thing too, 2x. It is very painful. I had epitidimitis (SP) an infection in my testicle. I was treated very simply with an antiboitic. See a Dr!!! Don't take any chances
