I had a prostate tumor removed and was put on flomax. Now am having weak stream?

I had this tumor removed about 16 days ago, had complication of blood clots causing me to be hospitalized with a catheter for 4 days. I then had the catheter removed after 5 days and noticed a weak urine flow. The flow had improved after taking flomax for a few days. Now I am again having a weak...
